2. Scope of This Notice

This notice applies to your use of the opulaatelier.com website. If you go on to engage Opula Atelier as a client, the House of Opula General Privacy Notice governs the client relationship and the data we hold about you as a client.

3. What the Site Collects and Why

Enquiry and booking details. When you book or request an appointment, our booking pages use a scheduling tool provided by Zoho Bookings. The information you enter into that tool, such as your name, email, and chosen time, is processed to arrange your appointment. Zoho Bookings operates under the House of Opula Ltd. account.

Typography delivery. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. As a necessary part of delivering those fonts, your IP address is received by Google.

Website analytics. We use a small number of first-party cookies to understand how this website is used, including which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which devices they use, so that we can improve it. We also use heatmaps, which show in aggregate where visitors click and scroll on a content page, to understand which content draws attention. We do not run heatmaps on the booking pages. This analytics is provided by Zoho PageSense and is limited to aggregate, first-party measurement; we do not record individual browsing sessions.

The site does not use advertising cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not sell or share your information.

4. Our Lawful Basis

We process enquiry and booking information to take steps at your request before entering into a relationship and to respond to your enquiry (contract and legitimate interests). Font delivery and website analytics rely on legitimate interests in presenting and improving the site.

5. Who Receives Your Data

• Zoho Corporation (Zoho Bookings), as the provider of the scheduling tool, processing booking details on our behalf.
• Zoho Corporation (Zoho PageSense), as the provider of the website analytics tool, processing aggregate usage data on our behalf.
• Google (Google Fonts), receives your IP address as part of serving fonts to the page.

These providers are bound by appropriate data protection terms. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Booking and enquiry records created through the site are retained only as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a client, are governed thereafter by the General Privacy Notice retention terms.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@houseofopula.com. You can decline analytics using the cookie banner shown on the site, and declining will not affect your ability to use the site. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Notice

Material changes to this notice will be posted at opulaatelier.com/privacy with an updated effective date.
